SHIPPING POLICY

Right Price LLC ("Right Price", "we", "us", "our") operates a multi-vendor marketplace. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works on our Platform and applies to all purchases made through RightPriceTag.com.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

PART 1: FOR CUSTOMERS (BUYERS)

1. How Shipping Works on Right Price

Right Price is a marketplace where independent vendors sell and ship their own products. Each vendor is responsible for:

  • Setting their own shipping methods and rates

  • Processing and packing orders

  • Providing tracking information

  • Ensuring timely delivery

We do not warehouse, pack, or ship any products. All shipping is handled directly by the vendor you purchase from.

2. Shipping Options

Vendors may offer one or more of the following shipping options:

Not all vendors offer all options. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed on each product page and at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Dates

When you place an order, you will see an estimated delivery date range at checkout. This estimate is calculated based on:

  • Vendor’s stated handling time (typically 1-3 business days)

  • Selected shipping method (standard, expedited, etc.)

  • Your shipping address

  • Carrier transit times

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays (weather, holidays, volume surges)

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by you

  • Vendor processing delays (rare, but possible)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by each vendor and are based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination (ZIP code)

  • Selected shipping method

  • Packaging materials

You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

5. Free Shipping

Some vendors offer free shipping under certain conditions:

  • Free shipping on orders over a specified amount (e.g., $35)

  • Free shipping on specific products

  • Free local pickup (where offered

Free shipping offers are clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.

6. Order Processing Time

Processing time (also called handling time) is the time between when you place an order and when the vendor ships it.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

8. Tracking Your Order

Vendors are required to provide tracking information for all shipped orders (where available).

How to track your order:

If tracking information is not provided within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact the vendor directly through your order details page.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

If you use a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, the vendor must ship via USPS. Not all vendors offer this option. Check the product listing or contact the vendor before purchasing.

10. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories may:

  • Take longer (add 3-7 business days to estimates)

  • Cost more than shipping to the continental US

  • Not be available from all vendors

Vendors must clearly disclose any additional shipping charges or restrictions for these destinations in their listings.

11. Local Pickup

Some vendors offer free local pickup. If available, this option will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Local pickup process:

  1. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout

  2. Complete your purchase

  3. You will receive pickup instructions from the vendor via email

  4. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up

Note: Local pickup is typically offered for large, bulky, or heavy items to save shipping costs.

12. Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items from the same vendor:

  • The vendor may combine them into one package

  • You may receive a shipping discount (excess shipping refunded)

  • Not all vendors offer combined shipping discounts

13. International Shipping

Right Price currently focuses on the United States market. Most vendors ship only within the US.

If a vendor offers international shipping, it will be clearly stated in the listing. For international orders:

  • Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply (buyer’s responsibility)

  • Delivery times may be significantly longer

  • Tracking may be limited

  • Returns are typically not accepted for international orders (check vendor’s policy)

14. Lost or Delayed Packages

Package lost by carrierVendor will file a claim. Refund or replacement will be issued after claim resolves (typically 7-14 days).
Delayed due to weather or carrier backlogNo refund for delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.

15. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout:

  1. Contact the vendor immediately through your order details page

  2. If the order has not shipped, the vendor may be able to update the address

  3. If the order has already shipped, you may need to:

    • Contact the carrier directly to redirect the package (fees may apply)

    • Attempt to collect the package from the incorrect address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

16. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items from the same vendor:

  • The vendor may ship items separately (e.g., different warehouses, different availability dates)

  • You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment

  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments

PART 2: FOR VENDORS (SELLERS)

This section supplements your Vendor Agreement and applies to all vendors selling on Right Price.

17. Vendor Shipping Requirements

All vendors must comply with the following shipping requirements:

18. Prohibited Shipping Practices

Vendors may NOT engage in the following practices:

Drop-shipping from another marketplaceYou may not fulfill orders by purchasing from Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces to ship directly to customers. This includes using Amazon Prime to fulfill orders.
Competitor packagingYou may not use packaging or packing slips that promote another marketplace or brand.
Shipping without physical possessionYou must have physical possession of the product before listing it for sale. You may not list products you do not own or have in your custody.
Excessive shipping chargesYou may not charge shipping fees that are grossly disproportionate to actual carrier costs.
Delayed handling without disclosureYou must accurately state your handling time. You may not take longer than stated without buyer consent.
Fake tracking numbersYou may not provide invalid or fake tracking numbers.

19. Handling Time Requirements

  • You must set your handling time in your Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Shipping

  • Handling time must be accurate (e.g., “1 business day” means you ship by end of next business day)

  • If you cannot meet your handling time for a specific order, contact the buyer immediately to arrange a solution

Consequences of late shipment:

  • Buyer may cancel the order

  • You may be subject to fees or penalties

  • Your seller performance metrics will be negatively affected

20. Tracking Requirements

  • You must upload a valid tracking number for each shipped order

  • Tracking must be uploaded within 24 hours of shipment

  • Tracking information protects you against “item not received” disputes

How to upload tracking:
Vendor Dashboard → Orders → Find order → Click “Mark as Shipped” → Enter carrier and tracking number

21. Shipping Carriers

You may use any major carrier:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international, if offered)

You are responsible for carrier performance. If a carrier loses or delays a package, you are still responsible for resolving the issue with the buyer.

22. Combined Shipping for Multiple Items

If a buyer purchases multiple items from you:

  • You may combine items into one package

  • You should refund any excess shipping charges (if the buyer paid for separate shipments)

To issue a partial shipping refund:
Contact support@rightpricetag.com or process a partial refund through your Vendor Dashboard.

23. International Shipping (If Offered)

If you choose to offer international shipping:

  • You are responsible for customs forms and declarations

  • You must clearly state estimated delivery times (add 7-21 days for customs)

  • You are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees (buyer pays)

  • You should offer tracking for international shipments (recommended)

Right Price recommends focusing on domestic (US) shipping only. International shipping adds complexity and risk.

24. Shipping for Prohibited Items

You may not ship any prohibited items (see Vendor Agreement, Section 10: Prohibited and Restricted Items). This includes:

  • Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) without proper certification

  • Lithium batteries (restrictions apply)

  • Perishable items without proper temperature-controlled packaging

25. Performance Metrics for Shipping

Your shipping performance affects your vendor rating. Key metrics include:

Failure to meet these standards may result in:

  • Warning and performance improvement notice

  • Payment holds

  • Higher commission rates

  • Suspension or termination

PART 3: ADDITIONAL TERMS

26. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for physical items pass to you (the buyer) upon delivery to the carrier. This means:

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you must work with the vendor and carrier to resolve

  • Right Price is not responsible for carrier issues

27. Shipping Disputes

If you have a dispute about shipping (e.g., vendor charged excessive shipping, never shipped, used wrong address):

  1. First, contact the vendor through your order details page

  2. If unresolved within 3 business days, escalate to support@rightpricetag.com

  3. Include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue

28. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
