Right Price is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers (“Buyers”) with independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”).
We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sales contract between Buyer and Vendor.
Each Vendor is solely responsible for their products, listings, fulfillment, and customer service.
We do not endorse or guarantee any Vendor’s products.
Your contract for purchase is directly with the Vendor, not with Right Price.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
By using our Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (emails, text messages, mobile push notices). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
You may browse our Platform without an account. However, to make a purchase, you may either:
Check out as a guest (for orders under $5,000), or
Create a registered account (recommended for order history and faster checkout)

5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Debit cards (with Visa or Mastercard logo)
PayPal (account or guest checkout)
Apple Pay (on supported devices)
Google Pay (on supported devices)
All payments are processed securely through PayPal Marketplace.
5.3 When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged immediately when you confirm your order at checkout.
5.4 Pricing Accuracy
We strive for accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. “List Price” or “Was Price” references are estimates based on manufacturer suggestions, historical data, or other retailers.
5.5 Taxes
Right Price automatically calculates, collects, and remits sales tax for orders shipped to states where we are legally required to do so (per Marketplace Facilitator laws). You will see the tax amount clearly displayed at checkout.

Each Vendor sets their own shipping methods, rates, and delivery timeframes.

Processing times vary by Vendor (typically 1-3 business days).
Estimated delivery times are provided by Vendors and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most products.
8.2 Conditions for Returns
Products must be:
In original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless defective:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare) if opened
Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, lingerie)
Digital products (software, e-books, downloadable content)
Gift cards
Hazardous materials
Custom/personalized products
Health & safety items (face masks, opened medical devices)
Final sale items (clearly marked)

8.5 Refund Timeline
Vendor inspection: within 5 business days of receiving return
Refund issued: within 5 business days of approval
Refund appears on statement: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
8.6 Right Price Intervention
If you and the Vendor cannot resolve a dispute, you may request mediation by Right Price. We will make a binding decision based on our policies. Email disputes@rightpricetag.com.

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting the Vendor directly.
After shipment, our Return Policy applies.
Vendors are not obligated to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
You may post reviews, comments, photos, and videos, provided the content is not:
Illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Containing software viruses or malicious code
Commercial solicitation, chain letters, or spam
By posting content, you grant Right Price a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.
Review Guidelines:
Reviews must be based on actual experience with the product
Vendors may not post fake reviews or pay for positive reviews
Incentivized reviews must be disclosed
You may not:
Use a false email address or impersonate any person or entity
Mislead as to the origin of any content
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
Attempt to complete a transaction outside of our Platform (fee avoidance)
Harass, abuse, or threaten Vendors or other customers
Post false or misleading information
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of Right Price LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws.
“Right Price”, “RightPriceTag.com“, and related logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

The results of using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT PRICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Price and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your violation of any law or third-party rights

17.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Platform will be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
17.3 Jury Trial Waiver
WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
17.4 Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be brought in the parties’ individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
17.5 Small Claims
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Cook County, Illinois, without waiving the right to arbitration.
You may not use any Right Price Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using our Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any condition of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Right Price regarding your use of the Platform.
