To become a Vendor, you must:
Be at least 18 years old

2.1 Registration Steps
Approval typically takes 1-3 business days. You will be notified by email once approved.
2.3 Right to Deny
We reserve the right to deny any Vendor application for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:
Incomplete or inaccurate information
History of policy violations on other marketplaces
Prohibited business type or product category
Inability to verify identity
3.1 Access
Upon approval, you will have access to your Vendor Dashboard located at /dashboard/ (or a similar URL on your site).
3.2 Dashboard Features
From your Vendor Dashboard, you can manage:
Products (create, edit, delete, import/export)
Orders (view, update status, manage fulfillment)
Coupons (create discounts – Pro feature)
Withdrawals (request payouts, view history)
Reports (sales analytics – Pro feature)
Store Settings (customize your storefront)
Reviews (view and respond to customer feedback)
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Vendor Dashboard password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Commission Calculation: Commission is calculated on the total sale amount including product price + shipping + any applicable taxes (unless otherwise specified).
Right Price LLC offers vendor subscription plans. Plans vary by:
Number of products allowed
Commission rate
Access to Pro features (coupons, reports, etc.)
Priority support
You can view available plans and pricing in your Vendor Dashboard under Subscription.
Plan Changes:
You may upgrade your plan at any time
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of your vendor account
6.1 Payout Method
All payouts are sent to your linked PayPal Business account. You must have a verified PayPal Business account to receive payouts.
6.2 Disbursement Schedule

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Threshold
The minimum withdrawal threshold is $100. Once you available balance reaches theis amount, you can request a payout from your Vendor Dashboared under Withdraw.
6.4 Payout Statement
Each payout transaction includes a detailed breakdown:
Sale amount (what the customer paid)
Commission deducted (your agreed percentage)
Net payout (amount deposited to your PayPal account)
6.5 Updating Payout Details
Update your PayPal Business account email in Vendor Dashboard → Settings → Payment. Changes apply to future payouts only.
PayPal may place holds on funds for:
New vendor accounts (typical hold period: 21 days or until tracking shows delivery)
High-risk transactions
Disputed transactions
Right Price LLC cannot release holds placed by PayPal. Contact PayPal directly for hold inquiries.
If an order is canceled, fully refunded, or disputed and resolved in your favor, Right Price LLC may credit back the commission fees you paid on that transaction.
To request a fee credit: Contact vendors@rightpricetag.com with the order number and reason. Fee credits are not automatic.
9.1 Accurate Listings
You must accurately describe your products, including:
Clear, original photos (no copying from other websites or manufacturers)
Detailed descriptions of features, specifications, and condition
Any defects, damage, or limitations
Accurate size, weight, and dimensions

9.3 Presale Listings
If you list an item that is not yet released or in-stock (“presale”):
Must clearly state “PRESALE” in the title and description
Must guarantee shipment within 40 business days of purchase
Must clearly state the expected ship date in the listing
9.4 Product Types Allowed

Digital products (must be clearly marked as downloadable)
Vehicle parts and accessories
Not Allowed: Whole vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats), unless you receive prior written approval from Right Price LLC.

11.1 Processing Time
You must ship orders within your stated handling time (typically 1-3 business days).
11.2 Tracking Requirements
Upload tracking numbers to each order in your Vendor Dashboard
Buyers receive automatic updates
Tracking protects you against “item not received” disputes
11.3 Non-Delivery Liability
If a buyer reports non-delivery and you cannot provide valid tracking proving delivery, you must refund the buyer.
11.4 Canceling Orders
You may cancel an order before shipping for valid reasons only (e.g., out of stock, buyer request). Process cancellations through Vendor Dashboard → Orders.
12.1 Return Policy Requirements
Minimum 30-day return window required for all vendors
Set your return policy in Vendor Dashboard → Settings
Your policy appears on all listings
12.2 When You Must Accept Returns
You must accept returns for:
Damaged or defective items
Wrong item sent
Items not as described
12.3 Change-of-Mind Returns
You may accept or decline change-of-mind returns. If you accept, buyer pays return shipping.
12.4 Return Shipping Costs

12.5 Response Requirement

13.1 Response Time
You must respond to customer messages within 24 hours.
13.2 Communication Standards
Be professional and courteous
Keep all conversations on the Right Price messaging platform
Do not share personal contact information (email, phone) unless necessary for shipping
13.3 Prohibited Communication
You may not:
Ask customers to complete transactions outside Right Price (fee avoidance)
Harass or threaten customers
Send unsolicited marketing messages
14.1 Key Metrics
We track the following performance metrics:

15.1 Vendor Feedback
Buyers may leave feedback on their purchase experience. Feedback affects your vendor rating.
15.2 Responding to Feedback
You may respond publicly to feedback. Keep responses professional.
15.3 Feedback Manipulation (Prohibited)
You may not:
Purchase fake reviews
Offer incentives for positive reviews without disclosure
Leave false feedback for competitors
Coerce buyers to change ratings
Violations result in suspension.
16.1 Income Tax
You are required to report all earnings from Right Price sales to the IRS and pay applicable taxes.
16.2 Sales Tax
Right Price LLC automatically calculates, collects, and remits sales tax for orders shipped to states with Marketplace Facilitator laws. You do not need to collect or remit sales tax on those orders. We provide a sales tax report monthly for your records.
16.3 Form 1099-K
Right Price LLC will issue a Form 1099-K to vendors whose gross sales exceed the IRS reporting threshold for the calendar year (currently $5,000, subject to change). The form will be available in your Vendor Dashboard or sent to your registered email address by January 31 of the following year.
16.3 Tax Information Requirement
You must provide your correct Tax ID (EIN) or SSN during registration. Failure to provide accurate tax information may result in withholding of payouts.
17.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of your product images, descriptions, and branding. By listing products, you grant Right Price LLC a license to display your content on our marketplace.
17.2 Prohibited IP Violations
You may not:
Sell counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized products
Use someone else’s photos, text, or brand logos without permission
Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or design rights
17.3 DMCA Complaints
If a rights owner files a valid intellectual property complaint against your listing, we will remove the listing immediately. Repeated violations will result in vendor termination.
You may not complete a sale outside of Right Price that was initiated through our Platform.
Examples of violations:
Listing says: “Call or text me at [phone number] for a better price”
Messaging a buyer: “Cancel here and pay me via PayPal Friends & Family for 10% off”
Charging excessive shipping fees to offset commission
Consequences: Transaction canceled, full commission charged, account suspension for repeated violations.
You must comply with all applicable product safety laws:
CPSC compliance: No products subject to active recalls
Hazardous materials: Proper labeling for flammable/toxic items
Children’s products: Compliance with CPSIA lead and phthalate limits
Use your own original photos and videos. Do not copy from manufacturer websites or other sellers.
Media must accurately represent the actual item.
Prohibited in media: watermarks promoting other stores, contact information, URLs, calls to action to buy off-platform.
No offensive content (nudity, violence, hate speech).
21.1 By Vendor
You may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice to vendors@rightpricetag.com.
21.2 By Right Price LLC (Immediate Termination)
We may terminate this Agreement immediately for:
Violation of Prohibited Items policy
Counterfeit or fraudulent activity
Failure to fulfill orders (3+ unresolved complaints)
Chargeback rate exceeding 2%
Fee avoidance
Harassment or abuse of customers
Violation of applicable laws
21.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
All active listings are removed
Pending orders must be fulfilled (you will receive payouts after completion)
Final payout issued after all orders complete
Outstanding refunds deducted from final payout
Access to Vendor Dashboard revoked
If a buyer escalates a dispute and you cannot resolve it, Right Price LLC will review the case and make a binding decision based on our policies. You agree to comply with our decision.
If you disagree with a dispute decision, you may appeal by providing new evidence within 30 calendar days of the case closing. Submit appeals to disputes@rightpricetag.com. Appeal decisions are final.
Report abusive buyers or policy violators to support@rightpricetag.com. Include order number and evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Price LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your products or listings
Your violation of this Agreement
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your breach of any warranty or representation
RIGHT PRICE LLC PROVIDES THE PLATFORM “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR PRODUCTS WILL SELL OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC SALES VOLUME.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT PRICE LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSION FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action arbitration is not permitted.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after notice via email or Vendor Dashboard notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription plan terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Right Price LLC regarding your role as a Vendor.
