Right Price LLC ("Right Price", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By using our Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions (for customers) and Vendor Agreement (for vendors). All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in those agreements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services change and expand. If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version on this page.
Non-material changes: The revised Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
Material changes: If we make material changes that affect user information already stored in our database, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our Platform and, where required, solicit your express acceptance.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Our Platform contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of any third-party websites you visit.
5.1 What We Collect Automatically
We automatically collect your browser type and browser software version to tailor the presentation of our services to your browser and to maintain a record of your activity on our Platform.Our web server software records log files of IP addresses that access our Platform. We collect IP address information but do not ordinarily link IP addresses to your Personally Identifiable Information. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is necessary to enforce compliance with our policies or to protect our Platform, customers, or others.

5.4 Payout Statement
Each payout transaction includes a detailed breakdown:
Sale amount (what the customer paid)
Commission deducted (your agreed percentage)
Net payout (amount deposited to your PayPal account)
When you register as a customer, we collect:

Password
Street address, city, state, zip code
Phone number (optional)
When you register as a vendor, we collect all customer information plus:
Business name
Tax ID (EIN) or Social Security Number (for sole proprietors)
PayPal Business account email
Store description and policies
Bank account information (via PayPal)
For tax purposes, vendors are required to provide their Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number as applicable in the United States.
6.3 Optional Information
Other information requested on our registration pages, including the ability to receive promotional offers from us, is optional. We may, in the future, include other optional requests for information to help us tailor our Platform and deliver personalized information to you.
Our Platform facilitates communication between customers and vendors. In connection with facilitating this service, if you use phone or SMS features, we may receive call data including:
Date and time of the call or SMS message
The parties’ phone numbers
The content of the SMS message
We do not record phone calls. SMS message content is stored only as necessary to facilitate the communication and is not used for marketing purposes.
The private and shared areas of our Platform facilitate communication and the exchange of information between customers and vendors.
Information accessible by: Us, the customer, and the vendor involved in the transaction
Use of non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may use order data (e.g., product categories, order value) for statistical analysis, product development, marketing, and research
Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor communications throughout our Platform. If we believe a user is violating any of our agreements, applicable laws, or policies, we may terminate such usage
Occasionally, we conduct online user surveys to collect information about our users’ preferences. These surveys are optional, and if you choose to respond, your responses will be kept anonymous.
Similarly, we may offer contests to qualifying users in which we ask for contact and demographic information such as name, email address, and mailing address. None of this information is shared with third parties except in summary form or as necessary for prize fulfillment.
The demographic information we collect is used to help us improve our services to meet the needs and preferences of our users. This may include targeting advertising to you about our services.
We offer a payment system that allows customers to pay via PayPal (credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance).
What we collect: Payment information is collected and processed directly by PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
How we use it: We receive transaction confirmations (success/failure, amount, order ID) but not complete card details.
Security: Payment information is transmitted via SSL encryption for your protection.
As part of vendor registration, vendors set up a store profile describing their products, shipping rates, and return policies.
Mandatory information: Store name, store description, return policy, shipping information
Optional information: Store logo, banner image, social media links, bio
Public availability: This information is publicly visible to potential customers. Customers will look at your profile to help them decide whether to purchase from you.
We use Personally Identifiable Information for our own internal purposes including:

Processing payouts to vendors

12.1 Marketing Communications
We may send you email communications including information that we think may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by:

Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive from us
12.2 Advertising
To improve our ability to serve you relevant ads across the Internet, we may provide your personal information to our advertising agents that use your information solely for our advertising purposes.
12.3 Disclosure as Required by Law

We reserve the right to use general data obtained from users’ use of our Platform, including all statistical information, for any lawful purpose. You acknowledge that such data belongs to us and that we have the right to use such data as we determine in our sole discretion.
We enter relationships with third-party partners to provide products and services to our users.
Vendors: Our vendors are third-party sellers. When you purchase from a vendor, we share your shipping information with that vendor to fulfill your order.
Payment processors (PayPal): We share transaction data with PayPal to process payments.
Other partners: We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with certain third-party partners as required to provide a specific product or service that you request. These third-party partners may not use this information for any reason other than to provide the service or product you explicitly signed up for.
If you establish an account through a third-party partner (e.g., via a co-branded registration page), any Personally Identifiable Information you provide may also be received by the partner and could be stored and used by them according to their privacy policy. We use PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal retains, shares, stores, and uses Personally Identifiable Information as described in their own privacy policy. We use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict transaction intermediaries from using Personally Identifiable Information for purposes unrelated to the Services.
We constantly seek to improve the quality and user experience of our Platform. We value your input and encourage you to provide us with any thoughts or comments you might have.

We save your Personally Identifiable Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services.
After account termination:

Public content (reviews) may remain visible

Our Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Platform is operated from the United States. If you access our Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using our Platform, you consent to this transfer.
